This program is open to Durham County fathers with children ages 0–17 who want to learn, grow, and connect with other dads in a welcoming environment.

Whether you’re a new dad or a seasoned parent, you’ll find encouragement, understanding, and practical guidance you can use every day.

The Nurturing Fathers Program is led by trained Parent Educators from the Welcome Baby team who bring years of experience supporting families in Durham County. All facilitators are certified in the curriculum and committed to creating a respectful, engaging environment where every father feels valued.
